  • Provide accurate, timely insights to HR leaders and key stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, digestible formats for non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Support reporting logic, calculated fields, and data validations within UKG and other connected systems.
  • Assist with data audits, cleanup efforts, and stewardship activities across HR data domains.
  • Maintain documentation for reporting processes, definitions, and data models.
  • Partner with HRIS and other key stakeholders on data integrity, system upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Support future‑state HR technology evaluations (e.g. Workday, ADP, EFX, HR Acuity, or other HR platforms) by providing data mapping, reporting requirements, and analytics insights.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted resource to HR leaders and other stakeholders for workforce insights and reporting needs.
  • Consult with HR and appropriate key stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Provide guidance on self‑service reporting capabilities as they mature.
Operational Support
  • Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Help streamline and automate repeatable reporting processes.
  • Assist with compliance‑related reports (EEO, ACA, turnover trends, audit support)
  • Partner with HROPS and enterprise HR to refine dashboards and operational reporting.
Qualifications

  • High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
  • Ability to translate data into insights and communicate clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with HR data structures and processes across onboarding, core HR, compensation, timekeeping, and related domains.
  • Experience in high‑growth and/or matrixed environments.
  • Experience supporting HR reporting or system transitions during technology modernization is a plus.
