Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS experience across HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, ADP, Paycor or similar.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, migrations, or major upgrades.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with HRIS data.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, data privacy, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of HRIS platforms.
• Serve as primary resource for HRIS issues and user support.
• Manage integrations between HR systems and business apps.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and data analytics for decision-making.
• Support audits and compliance reporting across HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT and business leaders to improve system functionality.
