Job summary

Menlo Security is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own the full HR tech stack, including HRIS, ATS (Ashby), and ticketing systems. You will lead data architecture, integrations, and workforce analytics to drive HR decisions across the People team.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in HR systems administration and analytics, experience with multiple HRIS platforms, and a strategic mindset to scale the tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR systems administration and people analytics.
• Experience owning an enterprise HRIS platform and hands-on experience managing an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Experience architecting and managing system integrations across a multi-tool HR stack; building people analytics dashboards in Tableau or another BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Own HR technology stack: HRIS, ATS (Ashby), HR ticketing system, and other People team tools.
• Serve as system admin: data integrity, user access, configuration, performance checks.
• Lead integrations across HR tech stack; roadmap to automate manual data entry.
