Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and operating HR tech stacks, including Workday.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across levels.
• Solid project management skills in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmapping and drive automation/AI-driven improvements in the People tech stack.
• Collaborate with People Operations on data integrity and process builds.
• Configure and maintain Workday modules: HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, Performance.
• Gather requirements and translate into Workday solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage Workday security, workflows, and reporting; support upgrades and patches.
• Create test plans and scripts; coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Support HR systems projects including module rollouts, integrations, and process updates.
• Develop user guides and training materials; train partners on changes.
• Uphold governance, data integrity, and compliance with HR regulations including GDPR/CCPA/SOX.
