Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a strategic HRIS Analyst to own and scale its HR technology ecosystem. The role is fully remote within the United States and offers a collaborative, independent environment with cross-functional exposure to HR, Finance, IT, and recruiting.

You will oversee HRIS, ATS, ticketing, analytics, and future People tools, while driving data flows, integrations, and automation to support informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HRIS administration or people analytics
• Experience with Rippling, BambooHR, HiBob, or equivalent HRIS
• Hands-on ATS management and integration experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS, ATS, ticketing, analytics, and future People tools.
• Manage integrations, data flows, and automation across systems.
• Lead people analytics and reporting to support business decisions
