Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Farmington, CT seeks a senior HRIT Analyst to oversee, configure, and optimize HRIS platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, UKG) and lead integrations and upgrades.

The role requires deep HR processes knowledge, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables while collaborating with HR, IT, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years managing HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with major HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
• Experience with system configuration, integration, and user permission management.
• Experience with SQL, API management, or advanced data visualization tools.
• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, or built-in HRIS tools).
• Knowledge of HR data security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Maintenance: Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including configuration, workflow updates, and data accuracy.
• Technical Implementation: Lead or assist in deployment of new HR technology solutions and enhancements.
• Integrations Management: Maintain data integrations between HR systems, payroll, and external vendors.
• Testing, Implementation & Upgrades: Lead implementation of new HR systems or modules, including testing.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency.
• Data Reporting & Analytics: Generate, analyze, and present HR metrics dashboards.
