Job summary

United Launch Alliance is seeking an HRIS Analyst 3 to join the HRIS team responsible for day-to-day operations, support, and governance of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules in Denver. You will administer modules, improve user experience, and provide data insights for process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of related experience, with relocation possible and a focus on data integrity, security, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience with Role Based Permissions.

Responsibilities

Configure and administer SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Lead improvements to HRIS infrastructure and data flows.
Provide data integrity checks and testing for releases.
Support audits and data requests.
Liaise with Business partners and IT to deliver HRIS solutions.
Manage vendor relationships for SuccessFactors and support partners.
Ensure Day 1 readiness for onboarding participants.
Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations.
