Job summary

United Launch Alliance is seeking an HRIS Analyst 3 to join the HRIS team responsible for day-to-day operations, support, and governance of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules in Denver. You will administer modules, improve user experience, and provide data insights for process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of related experience, with relocation possible and a focus on data integrity, security, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with Role Based Permissions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Lead improvements to HRIS infrastructure and data flows.
• Provide data integrity checks and testing for releases.
• Support audits and data requests.
• Liaise with Business partners and IT to deliver HRIS solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships for SuccessFactors and support partners.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness for onboarding participants.
• Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations.
