Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) is seeking an HRIS Analyst 3 to join our HRIS team responsible for day-to-day operations, governance and onboarding support within SAP SuccessFactors modules.

You will configure and administer SuccessFactors, manage data integrity, security roles, reporting, and collaborate with Business partners and IT to drive HR process improvements. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience are required; relocation may be available and ITAR compliance applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HRIS.
• Experience with Role Based Permissions.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects along with deadlines.
• Problem solving/analytical skills; attention to detail, follow-up skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written with ability to design and deliver training materials to end users.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Configures and serves as system administrator for multiple SuccessFactors modules.
• Actively involved in continued innovation to the HRIS technical infrastructure: research recommendations, leads improvements and solutions to improve user experience and support business processes.
• Source for technical advice, guidance, and support to all end users on one or more modules of SuccessFactors.
• Ensures data integrity, testing system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
• Performs system maintenance, including conducting functional reviews, testing and implementation of release changes, upgrades, enhancements or break/fixes.
• Manages the system’s security using Role Based Permissions (RBP).
• Lead technical projects specific to HR business processes and activities.
• Serve as liaison to Business partners, COE teams and Information Technology department on to develop and champion HR and Business needs.
• Manages multiple vendors in support of SuccessFactors platform (i.e. SuccessFactors and support partner).
• Ensure all internal and external onboarding participants are prepared for Day 1.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of HRIS including data entry and database management.
