Job summary

Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding. The role collaborates with HRIS and HR Operations teams to configure security, data integrity, and process optimization.

This limited-duration assignment (up to 3 years) supports the company's S/4 HANA implementation. It requires strong HRIS experience, data analysis, and effective cross-functional communication within an energy company based in Washington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, business or IT, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• HRIS experience with multiple HR applications; strong analytics.
• Knowledge of HR data standards, reporting, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SF Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Provide system support, troubleshooting and security role setup.
• Analyze HR processes and propose system improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and automate data controls.
• Create reports and dashboards for leaders.
• Assist with HR technology roadmap and upgrades.
• Coach and train other HRIS users.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
