CharterCARE Health of Rhode Island, LLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead data conversion during Oracle migration and the MEDITECH Expanse upgrade. You will own source-to-target reconciliation, build HR/payroll reports with OTBI and BI Publisher, and automate data processing with Python.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT leadership to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA requirements, across multiple system interfaces.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years hands-on HRIS experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM strongly preferred.
• Experience building reports in Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Strong payroll and HR data knowledge and how they connect.
• Proven data-conversion, reconciliation, and testing in HRIS/payroll.
• Advanced SQL skills required.
• Proficient Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience building/suppporting benefits/vendor interfaces.

Mansioni

• Lead HR and payroll data conversion during Oracle migration and MEDITECH Expanse implementation.
• Own data conversion, mapping, cleanup, and source-to-target reconciliation.
• Create exception reports and drive resolution before go-live.
• Plan and execute multi-cycle testing including payroll validation and UAT.
• Collaborate with Payroll to validate calculations and fix data issues.
• Support production validation and cutover; stabilize systems post go-live.
• Develop and maintain HR/payroll reports in OTBI/BI Publisher; write SQL queries.
• Build and monitor data interfaces with carriers and vendors; ensure data integrity.
