You will analyze HR processes, implement HR technologies, and optimize HR operations, providing lead functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in an HR or IT-related role.
• In lieu of degree, a minimum 12 years of experience.
• A minimum of 5 years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or equivalent enterprise HR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration, development support and functional leadership for HRIS in Payroll & Payroll Tax.
• Lead and coordinate projects to evaluate process automation potential and feasibility.
• Guide day-to-day service and support for HR Technology's clients in Payroll operations.
• Extract and compile information using reports or reporting tools, or build custom reports.
• Coordinate and perform functional integration testing across applications and services.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team infrastructure.
