Job summary

Constellation is seeking a senior HRIS Lead to own the Human Capital Management system and related HR applications. You will analyze needs, implement solutions, and lead HRIS projects across Payroll and Payroll Tax operations.

The role requires hands-on configuration, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with deep Oracle HCM Cloud experience and strong data skills to drive HR performance and workforce insights. This is a Kennett Square area position with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years supporting or implementing HRIS/HR systems; strong HR domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration, development support and functional leadership for our HRIS in Payroll & Payroll Tax.
• Lead and coordinate projects evaluating process automation feasibility.
• Guide day-to-day service for HR Technology's clients in Payroll & Payroll Tax Operations; manage meetings, issues, enhancements, and user needs.
• Extract and compile information using reports or building custom reports.
• Coordinate and perform functional integration testing across applications and services.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team infrastructure.
