Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to partner with HR leadership and SMEs to analyze work processes, improve systems, and ensure data integrity and timely reporting. You will manage change, security, and upgrades across HRMS modules, coordinating with EIS, Benefits, Payroll, and TMOD teams.

The role requires extensive experience with HRMS tools and reporting, strong project management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant HR data solutions in a large healthcare

Qualifications

• Six+ years experience in HR/Payroll systems management.
• Experience with HRMS modules and data integrity.
• Familiarity with change management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR management and SMEs to analyze work processes and improve system capabilities.
• Lead projects, manage schedules, budgets, and risk, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintain HRMS security, audits, and user support via ServiceNow.
• Develop end-user guides and training for system changes.
• Collaborate with EIS, Benefits, Payroll, TMOD on upgrades and reporting.
