Suffolk is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud across multiple HR domains. You will partner with People & Culture, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions and sustain an efficient HRIS environment.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, configuration, validation, testing, and post-go-live support, with focus on data integrity, security, and automation. Hybrid/remote options may apply based on experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HRIS/HR tech experience, including Oracle HCM Cloud modules, Security, OTBI, and FDI.
• Experience supporting an HRIS implementation, transformation, or significant system change.
• Working knowledge of HRIS configuration, testing, data validation, security, reporting, integrations, and connected systems.
• Experience with system testing, including user acceptance, regression, and integration testing, as well as defect management.

Mansioni

• Administer, maintain, and continuously improve Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Security).
• Partner with People & Culture, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to translate needs into practical technology solutions.
• Contribute to implementation activities: requirements gathering, configuration, data validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve Tier 1–2 requests; escalate complex matters.
• Support quarterly releases and system enhancements, including impact assessments and regression testing.
• Maintain security, data quality, integrations, documentation, training materials, and audit controls.
• Support ongoing People & Culture programs (open enrollment, performance, compensation, recruiting, learning, talent).
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate to improve user experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners; provide progress updates, risks, decisions, and next steps.
