Job summary

Constellation seeks a seasoned HRIS expert to serve as the subject matter expert for the HRIS and other HR applications. You will analyze and implement HR technologies, optimizing HR operations across the company and providing lead functional support for HRIS usage.

Responsibilities include configuring HRIS Payroll modules, guiding automation projects, coordinating testing, and mentoring junior analysts. Strong Oracle HCM Cloud and data analytics experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or IT.
At least 8 years in an HR or IT-related role.
At least 5 years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on configuration and functional leadership for HRIS in Payroll and Payroll Tax.
Lead projects to evaluate the potential and feasibility of process automation.
Guide day-to-day service and support for HR Technology's clients in Payroll & Payroll Tax Operations.
Extract and compile information using existing reports or by building custom reports.
Coordinate and perform functional integration testing of all integration points between applications and services.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and support the broader team.
