Job summary

CACI is actively seeking a Senior Consultant to support a federal HCM modernization, migrating records from legacy HR platforms to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role focuses on extracting HR, payroll, and benefits data from PeopleSoft HRMS and Oracle EBS HCM, building reusable extraction components, and ensuring zero data loss across migrations.

You will work primarily remotely with up to 10% travel for agency migration activities, collaborating with system admins and Agile teams to deliver

Qualifications

Must obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience; higher experience can substitute for degree.
5+ years in database development, data extraction, or admin supporting enterprise HR systems.
3+ years hands-on with PeopleSoft HRMS and/or Oracle EBS HCM.
Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills with large HR datasets.
Experience in data mapping for system migrations.

Responsibilities

Develop SQL/PLSQL extraction programs to export data from PeopleSoft HRMS and Oracle EBS HCM.
Analyze configurations to map data to Oracle Fusion HDL formats.
Build PeopleSoft routines to support repeatable extract processes.
Design Oracle EBS HCM concurrent programs and extraction packages.
Create SQR reports and validation queries for EHRI compliance.
Conduct data profiling, identify gaps, and ensure data quality.
