This role drives AI-enabled HR initiatives across Workday, analytics, and cloud platforms, bridging HR, IT, data, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep Workday expertise with practical AI strategy, governance, and change management to transform HR operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading HRIS, HR technology, or related roles.
• Strong Workday HCM experience with configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions with governance and user adoption.
• Experience collaborating across HR, IT, legal, compliance, and analytics teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute the HR AI roadmap across Workday and the HR tech ecosystem.
• Drive AI enablement strategy and adoption across HR.
• Prioritize and deliver AI use cases with stakeholders.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical HR solutions with measurable value.
• Lead discovery, requirements, business case, pilots and roadmaps.
• Develop governance, risk, and adoption materials.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity on responsible AI.
