Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Core HCM processes and security framework.
• Ability to design dashboards and narrative summaries for stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive analysis of employee records and generate reports.
• Develop and refine system processes, controls, and metrics to improve efficiency.
• Lead test cycles, defect triage, and release readiness for HRIS projects.
• Author playbooks, standards, and provide mentoring to peers.
