Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR technology project implementation experience
• 5+ years developing and coaching technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field
• Deep expertise in Workday including Core HCM, Time and Absence, and Reporting capabilities
• Experience embedding AI and automation capabilities natively within Workday
• Experience with a global/international company with employee populations across multiple regions
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Workday product strategy and roadmap for HR technologies.
• Lead the design, QA/testing, deployment, and ongoing support of HR technology solutions.
• Embed AI and automation within Workday to improve employee and manager experiences.
• Collaborate with HR executives, COEs, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Govern data security, privacy, and governance for HR systems.
• Lead a team of solution architects and analysts, coaching their development.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships across HR, Technology, and business units.
