Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals and coach them to become strategic partners.
• Establish early warning systems and use data to mitigate organizational risks.
• Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health.
• Partner with business leaders to develop integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
