Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 5+ years HR or related experience across business functions.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse HR team, elevating them to strategic partners.
• Drive risk identification with early warning systems and data insights.
