Job summary

Amazon seeks an exceptional HR leader to drive global HR strategies across Senior Talent and Transformation, partnering with senior executives across multiple business groups. This role will develop and execute human capital initiatives, influence policy, and lead talent planning, organizational design, and AI-enabled culture initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including performance management, change management, and employee experience.
• Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization.
• Experience mentoring, leading and coaching
• Experience in technical support work, engineering, or an operations environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with data-driven insights

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategy supporting business growth.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
• Use data and workforce metrics to inform decisions and report trends to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to enable managers and address employee relations matters.
• Lead strategic projects at multiple levels and foster an AI-enabled culture.
• Shape compensation strategies and coach leaders through organizational changes.
