Amazon.com Services LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to lead a diverse HR team, shape employee experience, and drive strategic HR initiatives across SSD-FC PXT.

The role balances strategic insight with tactical execution and requires strong data analytics and leadership for scalable solutions. You will work onsite at an Amazon facility in Sturtevant, WI, with a focus on risk management, talent development, and workforce planning to support Prime and fulfillment

Qualifications

• Experience making data driven business decisions.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to elevate beyond tactical execution to become strategic partners who proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks while delivering exceptional service.
• Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation by establishing early warning systems, leveraging data insights, and building strong partnerships across functions.
• Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health, driving HR practices and sustainable execution.
• Partner with business leadership to develop and execute integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
• Lead analytics and AI tools usage to uncover patterns and drive data-informed decisions.
• Set culture transformation goals with leadership and strengthen organizational health and DEI initiatives.
• Drive strategic adoption of HR technology for efficient yet high-touch service delivery.
