Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- 5+ years of human resources or equivalent experience
- Experience in data-driven business decisions
- Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals and coach them to be strategic partners
- Establish early warning systems to identify and mitigate organizational risks
- Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health
- Partner with leadership to develop integrated talent strategies and succession planning
- Lead analytics and AI tools usage to uncover patterns and drive data-informed decisions
- Set goals for culture transformation and strengthen organizational health and DEI initiatives
- Drive strategic adoption of HR technology to improve efficiency while handling sensitive employee matters with empathy
