Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals across a multi-site region. You will partner with senior leaders to diagnose talent needs, design organizational capabilities, and implement solutions that drive customer obsession and operational excellence.

As a trusted advisor, you will coach leaders, manage cross-functional programs, and collaborate with HR partners, Employee Relations, and Talent Management to deliver integrated people

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR generalist, management, or business partner experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large programs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Intermediate+ skills in AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose and address talent and org design needs.
• Coach leaders, act as change agent, and influence critical decisions around talent and organizational design.
• Collaborate with other PXT teams to deliver integrated people plans.
• Drive org effectiveness and leadership team effectiveness across a multi-site region.
