Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 2+ years Amazon experience.
5+ years of human resources experience or mix of equivalent experiences.
Experience in data-driven business decisions.
Experience supporting or leading onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals and coach them to be strategic partners.
Establish early warning systems and leverage data insights to identify and mitigate risks.
Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health.
Partner with business leadership to execute integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
Lead use of analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns and drive data-informed decisions.
Set goals for culture transformation and strengthen organizational health and leadership effectiveness.
Drive HR technology adoption while maintaining high-touch support for sensitive matters.
