Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to support NASC within People eXperience and Technology (PXT).

You will collaborate with leaders to align talent strategies with business goals, coach HR teams, and drive risk management and organizational health. You will lead analytics and AI-enabled initiatives to improve employee experience, balancing strategic vision with practical execution and ensuring high-touch support for sensitive matters while enabling scalable,

Qualifications

5+ years of human resources or mix of equivalent experiences
Experience managing onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and talent management
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of human resources experience or mix of equivalent experiences
Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to be strategic partners
Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation through data insights and partnerships
Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health
Partner with business leadership to develop and execute integrated talent strategies
Lead analytics and AI tool use to uncover patterns and inform decisions
Set goals for culture transformation and strengthen organizational health
Drive adoption of HR technology to enable efficiency and high-touch service
