Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to lead the AMXL PXT HR function, aligning leadership, centralized support, and systems to deliver high-quality employee experiences.

The role balances strategic insight with tactical execution across people development, culture, and change management. You will lead a team of HR professionals, drive risk mitigation, and collaborate with senior leaders to future-proof talent and organizational health while leveraging analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
5+ years of human resources or related experience.
Experience in making data driven business decisions.
Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals and coach them to be strategic partners.
Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation using data insights.
Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health.
Partner with leadership to execute integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
Lead use of analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns and inform decisions.
