Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the AMXL PXT team to drive leadership development, employee experience, culture, and change management. The role combines strategic insight with tactical execution to align local leadership, centralized support, and systems for high-quality employee experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience (blue badge/FTE)
- 5+ years HR or equivalent experience in related fields
- Experience in making data driven business decisions
- Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals and coach them to be strategic partners
- Drive risk identification and mitigation through data insights and cross-functional partnerships
- Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health; drive HR innovation and sustainable execution
- Partner with business leadership to develop and execute integrated talent strategies; build succession pipelines
- Lead analytics and AI tool adoption to uncover patterns and inform decisions
- Set goals for culture transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
- Drive HR technology adoption balancing automation with high-touch human support
