Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the AMXL PXT team. The role partners with local and centralized teams to shape talent, leadership development, employee experience, and culture while delivering high-quality HR services onsite.

You will lead a diverse HR team, use analytics and AI tools to identify risks, and drive data-informed decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead HR teams and influence at senior levels.
• Strong capability in talent strategy, leadership development and organizational health.
• Experience driving data-driven decisions with analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to elevate beyond tactical execution to become strategic partners who proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks while delivering exceptional service.
• Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation by establishing early warning systems, leveraging data insights, and building strong partnerships across functions.
• Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health, driving HR practices and sustainable execution.
• Partner with business leadership to develop and execute integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
• Lead analytics usage to uncover patterns, predict risks, and influence senior stakeholders with data-informed narratives.
• Set goals for culture transformation and champion DEI initiatives across the organization.
• Drive strategic adoption of HR technology to enable efficiency while maintaining high-touch support for sensitive matters.
