Amazon Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner across SSD-FC PXT, guiding leadership development, employee experience, culture, and change management. This role balances strategic insight with tactical execution, driving scalable HR impact onsite at an Amazon facility.
The Sr. HRBP collaborates with leaders to deliver risk-aware people programs, optimize processes, and enable data-informed decisions that support both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of human resources or related experience.
- Experience making data driven business decisions.
- Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management).
Mansioni
- Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to become strategic partners.
- Establish early warning systems to identify and mitigate organizational risks.
- Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health.
- Develop and execute integrated talent strategies with business leaders.
- Lead analytics and AI tool usage to uncover patterns and drive data-informed decisions.
- Set goals for culture transformation and champion DEI initiatives.
