Maven Clinic is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to enable people strategy across the organization. You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, performance, and talent programs while guiding employee relations and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Recruiting, Legal, and Finance, and involves implementing core HR programs, analytics, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with NYC-area in-office days.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in HRBP, People Operations, Talent Management or related HR roles.
• Experience partnering with managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with data management and documentation.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Enthusiasm for a start-up environment.
• Working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and talent processes.
• Healthcare or healthcare technology experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the HRBP team, managers and functional leaders to support employee engagement, team performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, development conversations, and team dynamics.
• Manage employee relations issues and investigations for the teams you support.
• Execute core people programs including performance reviews, compensation cycles, engagement survey action plans, and talent planning processes.
• Analyze people trends and employee feedback to identify insights and actions.
• Use people analytics and business insights to identify trends and drive engagement and retention strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Operations, Legal, and Finance to support consistent processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to scaling people practices across the organization.
• Use AI tooling to automate workflows and increase strategic impact.
