Mace is seeking an experienced Senior HR professional to partner with business leaders on strategy, organisation and people plans in our New York office. You will drive change initiatives, leverage data to improve performance and inclusion, and oversee workforce planning and onboarding.

The role emphasizes employment law knowledge, organisational design, and CIPD-level qualifications or equivalent, with option for part-time or hybrid work.

• Senior HR professional with deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advanced capability in people strategy, talent, reward, change and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and organisational design.
• Degree-level HR qualification and CIPD chartered membership (or equivalent).
