Job summary

Neue Health is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to support HR activities and foster a positive employee experience across clinic locations. You will partner with leaders and frontline staff, provide HR guidance, and help implement strategies that improve workforce effectiveness.

The role involves field visits, onboarding support, and promoting engagement, inclusion, and well-being while ensuring HR policies and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to influence and coach managers on routine employee matters.
• Ability to gather facts, analyze information, and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, or talent initiatives preferred.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively across departments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information.
• Effective project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of Human Resources experience required, preferably in a field model.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or progress toward certification is preferred.
• Experience in a multi-site healthcare, retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to apply HR policies consistently while balancing employee and business needs.
• Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, managers, and employees to support day-to-day HR activities and foster a positive employee experience.
• Serve as the primary People Team representative for assigned clinics and locations, providing HR guidance and employee relations support.
• Help implement People strategies and programs supporting organizational goals and workforce effectiveness.
• Conduct field visits to build trusted relationships with employees and management.
• Support onboarding, integration, and orientation activities for new clinic employees and leaders.
• Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, accountability, and employee well-being across clinics.
• Address questions related to HR policies, benefits, leave administration, and performance management.
• Monitor engagement trends and workforce concerns and provide recommendations to People leadership.
• Assist with investigations and resolution of employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in assigned markets or clinics.
• Support staffing strategies, workforce planning, and retention initiatives with recruiting and operations teams.
• Assist with organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, expansions, restructures, and transitions.
