Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with leaders across the organization on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, leadership development, and workforce planning.

You will design and deliver training programs, coach managers, and drive engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and delivering data-driven HR insights. This hybrid LA-based role requires strategic thinking and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and performance.
• Experience designing training, leadership development, and engagement programs.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and organizational change.
• Coach managers on goal setting, employee development, performance improvement, and documentation practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop and deliver employee and leadership development programs.
• Support succession planning, career development, talent reviews, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain HR systems, reporting, and employee documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally to support compensation, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and policies.
• Support special projects and strategic people initiatives as needed.
