Job summary

A leading hospitality software firm is seeking a Manager, HRBP for NORAM to act as a strategic partner for senior leaders and support team members across North America. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws and managing organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and a focus on developing inclusive, high-performing teams. This remote-first position offers an annual compensation range of $75,000 to $120,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor laws.
• Experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HRBP for business units.
• Resolve complex team member relations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes.
