Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Baltimore seeks a Sr.

Lead, HRBP responsible for the full spectrum of HR practices for the business unit, including talent strategy, succession planning and performance management, talent acquisition, organizational design and effectiveness, training and development, associate relations, compensation and benefits. As a liaison for leadership, HR specialists, and the executive team, you will drive HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Retail/store HR support experience required.
• Knowledge of employment law; California and Canadian law a PLUS.
• Experience with core HR processes: performance management, org design, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, training.
• Promoting an atmosphere to inspire teammates to excel and develop.
• Experience leading talent strategy reviews, retention, and identifying high-potential resources.
• Coaching and mentoring across all levels; strong judgment and actions.

Responsibilities

• Support retail stores across the US West region and Canada region as a strategic partner to Regional Directors.
• Promote a positive employer-employee relationship and drive UA culture.
• Work with business unit leaders to assess talent and craft retention and external attraction strategies.
• Provide coaching and counseling to business partners in all HR areas.
• Research trends and legal developments to create best-in-class HR practices.
• Collaborate with HR specialists to create talent pipelines and ensure benefits programs.
• Establish wage and salary structures and pay policies.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
