Job summary

Under Armour, Inc in Baltimore is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A. You will partner with global business units and leadership to drive visibility into revenue and gross margin drivers, support forecasts, and deliver insightful performance storytelling.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A and works across Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Legal, and IT/EDMA. You will develop templates, automate reporting, and maintain analytical tools (SAP, OneStream,

Qualifications

Experience in financial modeling and management reporting in a multinational company.
Knowledge of management reporting best practices and financial modeling.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; strong Excel skills.
Experience implementing automation or process optimization initiatives.
Experience consolidating forecasts and supporting executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide visibility to revenue and gross margin drivers to help meet targets.
Analyze variances between actual and expected results; deliver storytelling on performance.
Develop templates and tools for standardized financial data reviews across the company.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive leadership reporting packages.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Legal, IT/EDMA teams.
Design and maintain reporting solutions using SAP, OneStream, Snowflake, Power Query, and Excel.
Explore AI-enabled capabilities to improve analysis and efficiency.
Deliver ad-hoc projects as needed.
