Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, High School Division in Baltimore to drive the UA Next High School strategy, build elite partnerships, and elevate athlete experiences across football, basketball, baseball/softball, and volleyball.

This hybrid role requires four days in-office per week at our Baltimore office. Base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 USD, with growth within the Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience, OR Typically 15 years of relevant work experience without degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the revamped UA Next High School strategy with elite partnerships.
• Prospect and secure nationally ranked programs across Football, Basketball, Baseball/Softball, and Volleyball to bring into UA Next ecosystem and drive sales.
• Ensure athletes are outfitted to WIN with Under Armour and drive compliance at partnerships including footwear, accessories, uniforms, training and sideline wear.
• Lead the WIN and REWARD State Championship Initiative by tracking state champions and providing upgraded product.
• Launch and manage the UA Scholastic Invitational Series with tournaments and exclusive experiences nationwide.
• Serve as the primary account manager for IMG Academy, overseeing brand relationship, sales, and activation.
• Lead biannual High School Athletic Director Recruiting Visits, coordinating logistics and cross-functional support.
• Provide leadership with market insights and support annual renewals and strategy alignment.
