Job summary

Under Armour in Baltimore seeks a Director, Strategic Procurement – Supply Chain to own sourcing strategy and supplier management globally across logistics networks and 3PLs. You will partner with Supply Chain, Distribution and Operations leaders to translate network needs into value-driven contracts and develop a high-performing procurement team.

This hybrid role requires extensive category strategy, negotiations, risk management and cost savings delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership experience managing sourcing teams.
• Experience setting category strategies and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Strong analytical skills including spend/rate analysis and TCO modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy across logistics categories and 3PLs.
• Lead supplier relationships and regular business reviews.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and analyze TCOs with Finance.
• Deliver annual cost savings and build contingency plans.
• Coach a team of category managers and drive performance.
