Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper, a leading beverage company, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR programs for multiple sites and regions. You will advise leaders on people leadership, ensure fair treatment, and drive talent initiatives with a data-driven, change-agent approach.

You will partner with COE and Talent Acquisition to deliver compliant HR solutions, manage labor relations for large hourly workforces, and drive projects across distribution locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations.
• Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations and labor unions.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop leaders in all areas of people leadership, including performance management and talent development.
• Lead HR-related projects and deployments and provide change management leadership where needed; manage daily employee and labor relations.
• Partner with COE teams to ensure compliance with policy, HR systems, and applicable laws; support bargaining agreements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to track open positions and manage internal transfers; ensure accurate postings.
• Apply analytics to synthesize data and influence proposals with data-driven insights.
• Develop and deploy employment communications (PowerPoint presentations, letters, etc.).
• Travel may be required to support multiple locations.
