Keurig Dr Pepper in Ottumwa, IA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to guide leaders in people leadership, performance management, and policy implementation at the site and regional level.

You will partner with COE teams and Talent Acquisition to drive HR initiatives, manage projects, analyze data, and ensure compliant, equitable practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience in fast-paced matrix organizations.
• Experience with collective bargaining and labor unions.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Aufgaben

• Coach and develop leaders in people leadership, including performance management and talent development.
• Lead HR projects and change management; manage daily employee and labor relations and investigations.
• Partner with COE teams to implement and monitor compliance with policies, HR systems, and applicable laws; manage collective bargaining agreements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to track open positions and postings; facilitate internal transfers.
• Apply data analysis to inform recommendations and gain support for business proposals.
• Develop and deploy communications materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, letters).
• Travel may be required to support multiple locations.
