Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to act as a strategic partner to leaders across the Coffee Business Unit’s corporate functions, delivering HR expertise to support business priorities and talent strategies.

The role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence in a matrixed organization. You will lead organizational design, succession planning, and workforce transformation while guiding employee relations and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience supporting corporate, professional, or functional populations.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and providing coaching and consultation to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner to leaders within assigned Coffee BU corporate functions.
• Consult with executives on organizational design, talent management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support structural changes, transformation initiatives, and leadership transitions.
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform leadership decisions and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on recruiting, compensation, learning, and performance.
