Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Northlake, IL, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead organizational planning and provide consultative HR project leadership across policies and employee programs. You will partner with managers on leadership and labor relations while driving changes to support growth and development across the organization.

You will guide talent initiatives, track progress, and ensure equitable policy application across locations, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

• Act as the primary business partner to help build effective teams and achieve business goals.
• Manage and develop HR team members to become future HR leaders and meet regional goals.
