Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner based in the Pittsburgh area with regular travel to multiple facilities. You will lead HR programs for sites/regions, advise leaders on people leadership, ensure fair application of policies, and drive talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HR roles within fast-paced matrix organizations.
• Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations, and labor unions.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsabilités

• Coach and develop leaders in all areas of people leadership, including performance management and talent development.
• Lead HR projects, manage daily employee and labor relations, and investigate policy violations.
• Partner with COE teams to ensure compliance with policy, HR systems, and applicable law.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage open positions and postings.
• Analyze data to inform business proposals and drive improvements.
• Create communication materials such as presentations and employment letters.
• Travel as needed to support multiple locations.
