Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner based out of Columbus, OH or Indianapolis, IN. You will lead HR programs, advise leaders on people strategies, and ensure fair treatment of employees while supporting business needs.

This role emphasizes change management, labor relations, and data-driven decision making. You will work with COE teams, influence policy, and drive talent initiatives across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations.
• Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations, and labor unions.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop leaders in people leadership, including performance management and talent development.
• Lead HR projects and deployments; provide change management leadership; manage daily employee and labor relations and investigations.
• Partner with COE teams to ensure policy compliance, HR systems, and federal/state law adherence; support collective bargaining agreements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to track open positions and manage internal transfers and postings.
• Apply data analytics to inform recommendations and influence business proposals.
• Develop and deploy employment-related communications (e.g., letters, memos, PowerPoint materials).
• Travel as needed to support multiple locations.
