Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR programs for site(s) and regions, coaching leaders and driving talent initiatives. You’ll ensure fair, equitable policies, manage projects, and partner with COE to support labor relations and compliance.

You will influence leaders with data-driven recommendations, implement changes, and support multiple locations. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience in fast-paced, matrix orgs.
• Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations and unions.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop leaders in people leadership and talent development.
• Lead HR projects, deployments and change management; manage employee and labor relations.
• Partner with COE teams to ensure policy compliance and HR systems alignment.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to track openings and postings for transfers.
• Analyze data trends to inform recommendations and influence proposals.
• Create employment letters and other HR communications.
• Travel may be required to support multiple locations.
