Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an HR Manager who will partner with Coffee Business Unit leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning across corporate functions.

You will influence leaders in a matrixed environment, manage organizational change, and leverage analytics to support performance and engagement initiatives. This role emphasizes executive coaching and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting corporate-level populations.
• Experience with senior leaders in a matrixed org.
• Experience managing employee relations.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP/PHR/SPHR.
• Strong data analytics for insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR business partner to leaders within assigned Coffee BU corporate functions.
• Assess organizational effectiveness, workforce capabilities, talent needs, and succession plans.
• Provide strategic coaching on organizational design and leadership effectiveness.
• Support changes, restructurings, leadership transitions, and transformations.
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform leadership decisions.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning across functions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on programs and initiatives.
• Drive enterprise HR programs aligned with Coffee BU priorities.
• Guide employee relations and policy interpretation with consistency.
