Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our R&D organizations on a six-month, temporary basis. This remote role is US-based, serving leaders and teams across Engineering and Product, with a focus on performance, development, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting technical client groups such as Engineering, Product, or R&D.
• Strong manager coaching across performance management, development, relations, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience handling employee relations matters with discretion.
• Knowledge of compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and core talent programs.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve HR processes while protecting confidentiality.
• Strong business acumen and bias for operational excellence.
• Ability to build trust with leaders and employees at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High ownership and execution focus in a dynamic environment.
• HR certification and experience supporting globally distributed teams are a plus.
• Steady execution and practical coaching to support leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim HRBP support to R&D for six months.
• Partner with R&D leaders and the People team to coach managers and support employee relations.
• Drive performance management practices and core talent programs.
• Help execute compensation reviews and the Employee Growth Cycle.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across the business.
• Surface talent trends and risks to translate into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
• Support change management during the transition period.
