Qualifications

• Seven+ years of generalist HR experience
• Experience advising on HR operations including payroll, benefits, compliance
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communicator with executive stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR policy development
• Experience supporting multiple clients in a consulting context

Responsabilités

• Serve as a fractional HR resource for multiple clients across onboarding, performance, benefits, employee relations, and compliance
• Partner with client leadership to assess HR programs, identify gaps, and implement solutions
• Provide guidance navigating employment law and HR compliance; develop internal policies
• Deliver high-touch client service and act as first point of contact for HR support
• Support HRIS platform selection, implementation, and optimization
• Assist payroll processing, including schedules, tax codes, deductions, and adjustments
• Contribute to performance management design, culture initiatives, talent strategy, workforce planning, and full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
